At Apostille Bangladesh, we strive to provide fast and reliable document legalization services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves upfront government fees and administrative processing, our refund policy is strictly defined below.

Eligibility for Full Refund A full refund will be issued under the following conditions:

  • You cancel your order before any processing, notarization, or document submission has begun.

  • Our preliminary review determines that your document is not eligible for e-Apostille or attestation, and we have not yet initiated the formal process.

Partial or No Refund Conditions

  • Processing Begun: Once your documents have been submitted to a Notary Public, Education Board, or MOFA, the associated government and service fees are non-refundable.

  • Document Rejection by Authorities: If a government authority or MOFA rejects your document due to it being counterfeit, altered, or lacking prior mandatory verifications, no refund will be issued.

  • Delays: While we guarantee standard 3-5 day turnarounds for most services, delays caused by government server outages, public holidays, or courier disruptions are out of our control and do not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Refund To request a refund before processing begins, please email info@apostille.com.bd or call +880 1820 196 166 immediately with your reference number. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
