Service Description Apostille Bangladesh acts as a professional processing agency. We facilitate the notarization, translation, and government legalization (e-Apostille/Embassy Attestation) of your documents. We do not issue the final apostille ourselves; we secure it from the authorized government bodies (e.g., MOFA) on your behalf.
User Responsibilities
Authenticity of Documents: You guarantee that all documents submitted to us (scans and originals) are genuine, legally obtained, and free from any fraudulent alterations.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information. We are not liable for lost documents due to an incorrect address provided by you.
Limitation of Liability
Loss or Damage: While we take extreme care with your original documents, our liability for any loss or damage during transit via third-party couriers is limited to the cost of our service fee. We highly recommend keeping digital copies of all documents before sending the originals.
Rejections: We are not liable for documents rejected by foreign embassies or MOFA due to policy changes, missing prerequisite stamps, or document invalidity.
Pricing and Turnaround Times All prices quoted include standard government fees and our service charges. Turnaround times (e.g., 3-5 days) are estimates based on standard government processing and may vary due to unforeseen official delays.
Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Bangladesh’s Hague Convention integration or other legal requirements.
